The Arc is not a program. It is not a challenge. It is a container — thirty days in which you choose, consistently, to turn toward yourself instead of away.

Most of us live in reaction. We move from one demand to the next, responding to what the world requires of us, rarely stopping to ask what we actually need. The Arc is the pause in that pattern. It is the decision to look.

Each day of the Arc has a practice. The practice is simple: show up. Journal. Breathe. Check in with your body. Reflect. It takes fifteen minutes. It costs nothing. And over thirty days, it accumulates into something you can feel.

This guide runs alongside the Arc. Seven chapters, one per week, each one a different lens on the same question: who are you, and what do you belong to? You do not need to read quickly. You do not need to understand everything. You need only to stay.

This is where it begins. Not with transformation. With the decision to begin.

Getting Started
The LILA Portal is your personal practice space — a place to journal, track your Arc, work through your guide, and reflect on how you’re moving through the work. Think of it as a structured container for inner work.
An Arc is a 30-day journey through the LILA practice. Each day builds on the last. Your practice completions, journal entries, and reflections all track against your Arc — giving you a real picture of how you’re moving through the material.
Your daily intention is set inside The Arc — Step 1 (Affirm) is where you land it. It saves and stays visible for the full 24-hour cycle. You can also update it from the Home screen.
LILA Pro is the paid tier of the portal, at $11/month with a 7-day free trial. The free tier gives you full access to the core tools — journal (written + voice), daily practice (Affirm, Breathe, Body, Complete), reflection, and tracker. Pro unlocks the depth layer: the full Innerarchitect companion guide, expanded breathwork (4-7-8, Wim Hof), Arc-aware journal prompts, shadow work library, mood correlation data, milestone reveals, and the Time Capsule. Buying a course does not give you Pro, and Pro does not include courses — they’re separate.
My Guide shows the courses you’ve purchased from LILA — From Asleep to Aware, Know Thyself, and Inner Alignment. It’s your personal library of paid course content, accessible any time. It’s separate from the Innerarchitect companion guide, which lives in The Arc → Reading tab and is part of LILA Pro.
Your Practice
The Arc’s daily practice has four steps: Affirm (set your intention + mood check-in), Breathe (guided breathwork), Body (somatic body scan), and Complete (review and close). The full flow takes 10–20 minutes.
No. The Journal, Reflection, and Tracker are all accessible independently. The daily practice is recommended — it creates a foundation for what you write — but you can journal or reflect any time.
Focus Mode (press F or click the lens icon in the topbar) collapses the sidebar and dims the interface chrome, leaving only the content you’re working on. Each section has its own focused behaviour — the Journal collapses the right panel, The Arc hides the steps bar, and so on.
The Tracker logs your habit completions across the Arc (30 days). Each time you complete The Arc’s daily practice or a Journal entry, a cell is marked. Over time, patterns emerge — you’ll see correlations between consistency and mood, and spot the days where friction was highest.
On Day 1 of your Arc, you write a letter to your future self. It seals immediately — you can’t re-read it. It only opens when your Arc is complete. It’s not a calendar countdown. The Arc has to be done before it unlocks. This is a LILA Pro feature.
Missing a day resets your streak, but your Arc doesn’t disappear. All prior data — entries, practice completions, mood check-ins — stays intact. Just come back and keep going. Consistency matters more than perfection. If you want to start a new Arc from scratch, reach out to us at hello@loveiloveall.com and we’ll sort it out — full restart functionality is coming.
Milestones mark specific moments in your Arc — Day 7 (your first proof of consistency), Day 15 (the midpoint shift), Day 21 (confirmation), and Day 30 (the full reveal). They’re acknowledgments that you showed up, not badges. They appear in your Tracker as you hit them. Milestones are a LILA Pro feature.
Chapters in the Innerarchitect companion guide (The Arc → Reading tab) unlock as your Arc progresses — each chapter opens as you go deeper into the practice. Courses you’ve purchased in My Guide are fully accessible from the moment you buy them.
Account & Settings
Hover over your avatar in the top-right corner of the portal. A small + badge will appear — click it to upload a photo from your device. Your photo saves immediately and will appear wherever your avatar is shown.
Click the sun icon in the topbar (to the left of the focus lens). The portal will switch to light mode and remember your preference across sessions.
Yes. Your journal entries, reflections, and practice data are private by default. LILA does not share or sell your data. Your Arc and entries are only visible to you.
Go to My Guide in the sidebar. Any course you’ve purchased will appear there. If you’ve bought a course and don’t see it, try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, reach out to hello@loveiloveall.com.
To cancel your LILA Pro subscription, go to Settings → Your Plan and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your Devotee access continues until the end of your current billing period — after that, your account moves to Seeker. Your journal entries, practice history, and all your data stay intact. If you’d prefer us to handle it, email hello@loveiloveall.com and we’ll take care of it within 24 hours.

If you want to permanently close your account and remove all data, that’s a separate action — go to Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account. This cannot be undone.

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
The portal is designed for desktop and works best on a larger screen — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge are all supported. Keep your browser up to date for the best experience. A dedicated mobile experience is in development. In the meantime, the portal is accessible on your phone’s browser, though some features work better on desktop.
